Thoroughly enjoyed splendid views. Besides, the location was peaceful for our stay, within 5 minutes' walk of Gunn's Gallery. Good access everywhere as a bus stop was close to the hotel.
Though everything was perfectly fine, some of the staff were not very friendly.

Lovely stay with fine views
Phil & Ness were super cute! The King Room had awesome views and the breakfasts were next level-so many choices! We parked easily and walked down to some great spots for dinner. Just wish the shower was a bit more powerful, but I'd do it all again in a heartbeat!

A fine big Victorian house boasting really good cleanliness and modern amenities, including fresh milk in the room. The hot shower was a welcome relief after chilly evening walks. Breakfast was a highlight, showcasing delicious local produce and freshly baked bread. The warmth and attentiveness of the hosts created a inviting atmosphere and left nice impressions.

Homemade breakfast made from local produce was excellent.
The mattress in room 6 definitely needs replacing. It felt worn out.

We explored the beautiful views and caught the cliff train down to the nearby town. The breakfast was delicious with local produce and homemade bread. The hosts were super friendly and. It's a great spot for a relaxing getaway!
If I had to be picky, I would have loved some hand cream in the en-suite bathroom. It would have added a nice touch to our stay.

A Cozy Retreat with Fine Views!
The room offered amazing views of Lynton, and we loved the comfortable, cozy atmosphere. Phil and Ness ensured we felt at home, even providing us with local dining recommendations. For breakfast, don't miss the high-quality options, but arrive early-everything tastes better with a view!

perfect base for exploring lynton and beautiful coastal trails
I found it super easy to explore Lynton from this cozy place, as it was just a few steps away from the Lynton Cinema and a short walk to the fine Lynton Cliff Railway. The hosts were warm and cute.

missingWrote a review on 26 Junlimited access
Check-in is strictly at 4 PM, which can be inconvenient if you arrive earlier. Breakfast is served at fixed time slots with no self-service options, and I found the portions to be on the small side. The bar setup feels awkward, being just a tiny corner in the lounge with limited atmosphere. Room 6 is often mentioned as the least favorable option, with poor location in the house.
