Phil & Ness were super welcoming! The King Room had awesome views and the breakfasts were next level—so many choices! We parked easily and walked down to some great spots for dinner. Just wish the shower was a bit more powerful, but I’d do it all again in a heartbeat!

Check-in is strictly at 4 PM, which can be inconvenient if you arrive earlier. Breakfast is served at fixed time slots with no self-service options, and I found the portions to be on the small side. The bar setup feels awkward, being just a tiny corner in the lounge with limited atmosphere. Room 6 is often mentioned as the least favorable option, with poor location in the house. Accessing the upper floors can be a hassle as there's no lift due to its Victorian structure, and some areas have low beams that could be problematic for tall folks.

I found it super easy to explore Lynton from this cozy place, as it was just a few steps away from the Lynton Cinema and a short walk to the stunning Lynton Cliff Railway, making my daily strolls incredibly enjoyable. also, the hosts were warm and welcoming, ensuring I felt right at home during my stay.
