Lovely stay with stunning views
Phil & Ness were super welcoming! The King Room had awesome views and the breakfasts were next level—so many choices! We parked easily and walked down to some great spots for dinner. Just wish the shower was a bit more powerful, but I’d do it all again in a heartbeat!

Had an amazing time with friends here! We explored the beautiful views and caught the cliff train down to the nearby town. The breakfast was delicious with local produce and homemade bread. The hosts were super friendly and really made us feel at home. It's a great spot for a relaxing getaway!
If I had to be picky, I would have loved some hand cream in the en-suite bathroom. It would have added a nice touch to our stay.

A Cozy Retreat with Stunning Views!
Our stay was magical! The room offered breathtaking views of Lynton, and we loved the comfortable, cozy atmosphere. Phil and Ness ensured we felt at home, even providing us with local dining recommendations. For breakfast, don't miss the high-quality options, but arrive early—everything tastes better with a view!

Just a proper fit for a two-day stay in Lynton with fantastic value. The homemade lemon curd at breakfast was a delightful surprise! Arrive on time to avoid any delays with check-in.

missingWrote a review on 26 Junlimited access
Check-in is strictly at 4 PM, which can be inconvenient if you arrive earlier. Breakfast is served at fixed time slots with no self-service options, and I found the portions to be on the small side. The bar setup feels awkward, being just a tiny corner in the lounge with limited atmosphere. Room 6 is often mentioned as the least favorable option, with poor location in the house. Accessing the upper floors can be a hassle as there's no lift due to its Victorian structure, and some areas have low beams that could be problematic for tall folks.
